Focus on personal experience and ensuring a culture fit rather than technical expertise and experience.
Process consisted of multiple rounds (thus the whole process took a while) and each round was quite casual. Questions were not very technical based, most of the questions were based on personality and your past experiences (resume walkthrough). In each round there are different interviewers and some of them asked the same/repeated questions.

A series of casual conversations, about 4-5 rounds, mainly aimed at determining if you're a fit within the corporate culture. Friendly people, but the interviews lacked depth of the position itself. Vague about the specific responsibilities, but that could be due to the company's allowance of autonomy among employees. Overall, a pleasant experience.
