The interview process took about three weeks, it was pretty much a standard interview. My interview consisted of one call with HR over the phone and one technical via Microsoft Teams.
Overall, the software engineering interview process was good and I would interview again in the future. They were transparent, answered all my questions, and followed up throughout the whole process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Adobe (Bucarest, ) in Jan 2023
Interview
Worst experience ever. They lied to me for 2 months, saying that the feedback on all the interviews was positive, but they can't make an offer because they are waiting for some finance approval. After 2 months of false hope and pinging the HR, I realised it was a negative answer because the position was reuploaded to the career site and the manager was promoting it on LinkedIn. They enjoy ghosting people and treating candidates poorly.
