Very easy and straight forward, had a quick call first then a video call with an agent, then submitted all my paper work and they put me to work straight away, and my training begun

Firsr you are interview with HR, then I had several meetings with current Account Managers, in the end I was intervied by CEO. The assess soft and hard skills, communication skills, ability to interact with customers in an efficient way and ability to close deal.
