Went into a small room with two of the managers and was mainly doing the speaking, very friendly and good communication, all upfront. People came in and out. Asked very basic questions.
Muy bueno, se nota que a la empresa les interesa saber mucho sobre los posibles candidatos, ya sea su personalidad como la forma en que se desenvuelven ante ciertas situaciones.

Interview
3 rounds of interviews. First one consisted of CV and cover letter. Second one was an assessment centre consisting of a short presentation from each candidate about them and the vision of the company. Third one was another assessment centre with 8 top candidates.
