Easy - two phone calls, mostly asked about availibility & previous experience. Shifts are very strict on time, so make sure you're available for the entire time they want you to work.
I applied in-person. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Adecco (Chelmsford, MA) in Jun 2012
Interview
Initial interview, several forms to fill out, and a drug test. Interview took like 5 minutes; overall a really easy process though I was recommended through a friend. If they need a job filled and you fit the bill, they WILL hire you.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Adecco (Trenton, ON) in Aug 2014
Interview
The interview involved signing paperwork, understand the needs and skills required to do the job, and to establish your work hours and availability. The first roughly 10 minutes was reading and signing paperwork within a group. The last half hour was one on one, which is where you establish work schedules. Prior to the interview, you do a quiz that is like a personality test. And most of your one on one interview is going over your responses.
