There were 3 stages to the interview: the hiring manager, the HR manager, and subsequently the country manager. The hiring process is sped up if the applicant is referred by internal colleagues.
Review of resume, the contractor actually interview you, and its not personable. Its from a interview sheet that you can probably google. Why are you the best person for this job? It took several months for placement. Make sure you take 3 or more copies of your resume to the interview and ask for business cards afterwards.
