Sent in application, received call for interview. The interview was lead by 3 individuals who took turns asking questions (panel format). They also went through my resume to clarify certain pieces of information or ask further questions into specifics of certain positions and / or tasks.

Quite friendly and nice. Spoke a lot on my previous experience. But they seemed to be not so interested. The suggested payment is lower than my expectation. Annual leave is quite limited too.

Initial screening call with recruitment for a high level overview of role and responsibilities.
This was then followed by an in person group interview on site.
The follow up was a few weeks later via email with interview feedback.
