I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Adecco (Melbourne, FL) in Oct 2013
Interview
The interviewer helped us candidates relax first before she took us to the back of the building. Make sure each candidate is greeted and escorted, if necessary, to the interview location. Start with low-key questions. Once we were at our seats the interviewer began to do an open discussion about the company so its best to listen and not ask too many questions! A general guideline is to spend 80% of your time listening and only 20% talking. After the open discussion, the interviewer went to asking us questions about previous job, gaps between employment, salary, benefits, and time off?
