I applied online. The process took 2+ months. I interviewed at Accor (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2021
Interview
Had a first phone interview with someone in Toronto. They let me know I needed to do a personality test and then a second phone interview with someone from the New Brunswick office.
Received an email to set up a time for the second interview, but they very unprofessionally included the other potential candidates in the email.
Did the second interview, but they couldn't give a timeline on making a decision. After about a month of hearing nothing, I emailed both interviewers but was ghosted.
It's now 2+ months later, I know they hired one of the other candidates, but they have left me hanging on their career portal. I doubt I would apply with this company ever again.
First-round was a basic questionnaire in which they rejected me without giving a proper reason for the rejection. I think a proper explaining as to why a candidate is rejected can be useful.
