Accor P&C Manager interview questions

get an initial phone call -> online interview -> Being ghosting Sent couple of follow up emails/thanks letter, received no response. Then one day received an update from the website I applied that my application is unlikely to progress. Not sure if this is a proper way to manage the candidate experience for the corporation in such size.
