Accor Front Desk Receptionist interview questions

I applied online and was invited to participate in a group interview, there were problem solving games, improv situations and group discussions. Following that, a smaller group were invited to stay back and participate in one one one interviews still on the same evening. I was then followed up the next day with an offer.

They will ask you questions like "what would you do if..." and give several situations that are possible to happen in a hotel environment to check how you will behave and if you have the required skills to deal with day to day issues. Be yourself but remember to answer accordingly to a hotel environment - guests first! Put yourself on the guests shoes and reply the answer as you would want a staff to behave as if you were the guest in that situation.
