I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Manila, ) in Jan 2025
Interview
1.) Initial Exam
- Mainly consists of Puzzle like questions and a C++ fundamental centered section
2.) Initial Interview
- Usual stuff
Full of false promises. After the interview, the recruiter "accidentally" updated my application in workday as withdraw even though I made it clear in the interview that I was super eager, they then reached out to me via call explaining the situation and even said to wait as they said I passed, they just need to find a project for me to put in. A month later, I reached out via text and email to no avail.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
- Tell me about yourself
- Rate out of 10 the proficiency you think you got w/ the programming languages you stated in your CV
- Tell me about your previous roles in thesis and other school projects
- Are you amenable to full onsite and is your expected salary rate negotiable
- How did you handle friction between team members
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
Interview was nice but it was much technical heavy and the interviewer had asked both the technical and HR related questions and also some general knowledge and current affairs questions.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about your college projects and what is your and other team members role in the project
After assessment, Interview is Initial screening only, nothing technical. Consists of common questions so you should practice. I think most candidates get the job. Overall a good experience and would recommend to others.
