Interview
I applied online, there is a situation test in the online application. And also some questions about the your understanding to Accenture and the position you apply.
Telephone interview: three stages
1. the reason why you apply this position
2. competency question
3. case study (a really simple case study, small case)
The whole process is 45min to one hour long.
They use their HR team as interviewers.

Question 1
1. why accenture?
2. why this position?
3. why consulting?
4. how do you prepare this interview?
5. Who's Accenture's competitors?
6. competency questions(Teamwork, communication, flexibility,analytic skill )
7. A case study about refining a supermarket's inventory management.
Very straightforward, some online tests which are timely but assess Accenture's alignment with your thinking. Not too difficult, I would say you would need to be more tech-y to work here as a Grad.
