I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture in Mar 2015
Interview
I was contacted via e-mail cause apparently they could not contact me over the phone. Within one week I had my interview and although I had emailed that there was an error in the country code of my telephone number the Lady for the interview nearly did not call me cause the guy I emailed forgot to tell her. So thats already really poor performance.
The interview itself was a joke. I was told not to ask questions till the end. Then the Lady told me she did not read my CV cause they are not provided with it. Furthermore was I told that I might be interrupted cause of the set time frame which cannot be exceeded it. So basically it was then question after question. I asked her once to refrase the question since english is not my mothertongue and I did not understand it. So she just kept on repeating the question word for word. Basically it was all really stiff and not flexible at all. She read all questions off which you really noticed. I was told to answer the questions with the STAR (Situation, Task, Action, Reaction) model. After each question she said like "Uh so do you want to add anything" Is that all?". That was really irritating since I answered the question already and I felt like I had to answer quickly cause of the time limit.
After the interview she asked me admin questions which were like do you mind to travel.? But I actually already explained during the interview that I do not mind to travel. It felt like the lady hadn´t listened during the interview....
In the end I asked her which languages they use when attending their client and how one receives feedback during and after a project. She had no clue how to answer those questions. The whole interview felt like talking to a robot and I am actually not sure why they would want to do a telephone interview if all those questions feel like they are way better answered through email since there isn´t any personal conversation or interaction. After the interview I already felt like I did not do well but I also realised that i would not want to work in a company where humans are expected to be like robots. Actually quite disappointing cause what they say on their website was not what I experienced in real life.......

Basically all questions they are going to ask are indicated in their e-mail!
Very straightforward, some online tests which are timely but assess Accenture's alignment with your thinking. Not too difficult, I would say you would need to be more tech-y to work here as a Grad.
