Interview
Initial tests were easy enough, essentially general aptitude tests.
Assessment day was something different and especially since it was done virtually. There was prior reading to prepare for as well as a short talk about tending technology. After a few days I got feedback on how I did, including my personal strengths and areas to improve on.

Generic question per problem: Explain your thought process.
Very straightforward, some online tests which are timely but assess Accenture's alignment with your thinking. Not too difficult, I would say you would need to be more tech-y to work here as a Grad.

Assessment Centre is broken into three parts: Skills based interview, Group work and a competency based games like interview. Best advice it to answer honestly and be energetic. They are really nice and want you to be geuine

Name as many words as you can about space in 30 seconds
4 stages:
1) CV screening - this is the easiest step, hard to know what they use in terms of ATS
2) Online Assessment - This can be tricky, they have questions that ask you to really pay attention to detail. Fine in general if you read carefully and double check
3) Assessment Centre - most difficult stage and has 3 stages (individual, group and 10 challenges)
4) 1 on 1 with the manager - you have to create a presentation about a subject
