I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Accenture (Londres, Inglaterra) in Aug 2013
Interview
Pre-interview phase: consisting of four short essays (roughly 500 words, a little more). Basically, you'll need to really research the website in order to answer the questions (what's a day of an analyst like? What do we do in our consulting?)
Telephone Interview: Three part interview consisting of questions on competency, the company, and a test case study. Pretty simple stuff if you've done the research for the previous questions.
Assessment day: Longer test case with other candidates testing your ability to work together and develop a project plan. Also consists of another competency overview.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Accenture (Dublín, Dublín) in Nov 2025
Interview
Eh, liked the first rounds varied format but really couldn't get a feel for the place or culture when in person for the final round, unsure was it a me problem or a them problem.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Jul 2025
Interview
The phone screening interview was conducted by an overseas recruiter who joined 30 minutes late. The conversation felt highly scripted, impersonal, and rigid, with little acknowledgment or meaningful engagement with my responses.
Multi stage process involving an initial application, Online Task based interview first round, in-person Business Strengths Interview and final Managing Director interview online. Interviewers were friendly and I felt that they wanted me to succeed.
