I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Accenture (Londres, Inglaterra) in Jan 2018
Interview
Starts with an online application , numerical testing and video interview. Then assessment centre and then offer. The assessment centre consisted of some ice breakers to ease you into the group you're working with, a short presentation followed by a chance to ask questions to a manager, a group case study centred around UK governmental agencies and finally a 1:1 competency based interview with an HR recruiter.

I applied online. I interviewed at Accenture (Melbourne) in Jul 2025
Interview
The phone screening interview was conducted by an overseas recruiter who joined 30 minutes late. The conversation felt highly scripted, impersonal, and rigid, with little acknowledgment or meaningful engagement with my responses.
Multi stage process involving an initial application, Online Task based interview first round, in-person Business Strengths Interview and final Managing Director interview online. Interviewers were friendly and I felt that they wanted me to succeed.
