I applied through college. The process was as follows :
1. Aptitude Test
It was an easy test with sufficient time to solve the questions.
2. Group Interview
Five students were interviewed at the same time.
It was a 2 day process. They took the test and the results were announced the same day and the shortlisted students were called for the interview the next day.

Question 1
Basic HR questions like tell me about yourself, projects, a simple problem to solve etc.
I was interviewed in the Mandaluyong site. It was before the pandemic, so the interview was held in person. I had a one-on-one interview with one of the recruiters. The interview questions were average.
It was very structured. It consisted of 1 round. The interviewer asked me to introduce myself and then asked questions on my resume. They are basically looking for candidates to walk through their resume. They didn't ask any question apart from the resume
The process was 1 online assessment and 1 group interview with 3 panelists. They asked both technical and soft skills questions. Each interviewer asked different questions. The total interview was less than 30 mins.
