O processo de entrevista para Consultor SAP FI/CO normalmente ocorre em etapas estruturadas e pode durar de uma a três semanas, dependendo do porte da empresa. Tudo começa com a triagem do currículo pelo RH, que avalia tempo de experiência, participação em projetos de implementação ou suporte, conhecimento em ECC ou S/4HANA, domínio de FI e CO, experiência com integrações (principalmente FI x MM e FI x SD), nível de inglês, certificações e participação em go-live. Nessa fase, o foco é verificar aderência técnica básica e estabilidade profissional.
Easy with description of existing process. case study was difficult; however, we could be done with a bit of practice. Salary negotiations are important. AI related stuff asked, be comfortable with that.
People from human resources are friendly and approachable. A presentation on what the company does is given. There is a group interview, then a solo interview. They provided free lunch and snacks for everyone.

Went through two interviews, successfully passed, and right before the third interview was told that I cant move forward because they filled the postion internally. So what was the point?!?! - I have no idea
