Interview
Very simple and well-structured. Immersive and engaging, with individual tasks, a group experience and an individual interview (an all-online assessment centre). The assessment centre took up a large portion of my day however there were frequent breaks and it was well-timed.

Question 1
Prior to the assessment centre you were given a scenario based question relating to innovation and tech, you don't need tech experience, and they asked you about your findings during the individual interview.
why do you want to join? tell me about your past experiences and why would you like to work in Accenture. Also what did you studied in university and which was your favourite subject
Applied then got invited to a digital case day with the following activities:
Digital Introduction in group regarding the company, followed by digital behavorial interview and lastly technical interview/brain teasers.

Il processo del colloquio è stato abbastanza lineare e semplice. Ho parlato con l’HR telefonicamente e fatto un colloquio su meet con tre membri del team. Il riscontro è arrivato nel giro di un mese e mezzo.
