AXA UX Researcher Designer interview questions

I had two separate 30-minute interviews with different HR representatives. Their attitude was positive, and we mainly discussed the role, how my background aligned with it, and my knowledge of the sector. Even though both conversations went very well, I was later ghosted. I sent a follow-up email asking about the status but received no response, not even a rejection mail.
