This interview was 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard from them either which is another bad experience point. I have a strong feeling that I haven't made it to the net stage and I am not too bothered as I don't think I want to work for someone who is this keen to catch people out but people shouldn't be left on the hook if the answer is no.

Give an example of how I streamlined a process with the customer in mind
Easy process. Very friendly from HR who organised the interview to the two people who interviewed me.
They asked very thoughtful questions and I really liked their focus on diversity and work / life balance.
