I applied online and after a week I received a phone call from a recruiter asking to have a chat (which was a bit inconvenient as she called while I was working). The recruiter seemed very nice but after our conversation it was impossible for me to get in touch with her (she didn't provide an email address and she was not answering my calls). I just assumed the outcome was a reject but it would have been nice to receive a short email or quick feedback.
