AXA Human Resources Business Partner interview questions

Multiple rounds over 2-3 months with senior leadership. During my many visits I got to know a few people working in the team through my connections I found that there is a lot of internal politics at CXO level and the CEO himself is a short tempered, foul mouthed workaholic with no respect for anyone's time. The CFO and CEO dont get along and the team suffers because of this friction I finaly tanked one of the rounds and got out of the process
