One hand does not know what the other is doing, from one party to the next it was as if they never spoke. They talk you listen. I had to direct the interview with the person in the role I was interviewing for, he seemed to untrained in the process of interviewing. If I did not redirect him he would still be talking about himself and how great he is and his rank in the firm. He never read my resume, he spoke to me as if I were applying for my first job. I have been doing this for over 20 years and have managed very large sales teams. They claim to be financial planners,but they still make all their money on insurance and annuity products.If you want to be a manager you need to produce for 6 months and then they will fast track you to management, where you can recruit un-registered brand new to the industry people who will be paying you with their production. Yikes!
