First there was an introduction talk through phone with a member of HR, where we agreed to have an interview in person. Between the call and the interview passed three months, but they said that was because the position opened only the start of next year. The interview was fairly simple and straightforward. Some basic questions from HR, and some easy engineering task, including correcting a not too complicated technical drawing. There was a general small talk also with the engineers. I think the emphasis was on the first impression instead of scoring the task.
