I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Seattle, WA) in Oct 2017
Interview
Had an initial phone screen with a recruiter, where I was asked behavioral questions. Then a week later had a 1-hour interview with 2 different people- the first part was technical, and I was asked general knowledge questions, and also needed to code on a computer and compile it in front of the interviewer. The second part was behavioral.

Interview
Overall 2 part process. First HR gives you call and read through the requirement and ask if you are experienced in it or not. Then resume is sent to the team and if they like your resume they invite you for in person interview. In second part, they ask you do to white boarding. They are looking for scalable/ high performant solution from you. All about threads/thread pool / concurrency. Overall, they are trying to prove they should get people from their India office as people here are not fit for the work they are doing. All Indians in the development team. In fact i saw no woman on the floor except for HR on that day.
