Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Describe a situation when and why a customer is upset and how did you deal with the customer?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
I applied online in late August not really expecting to hear anything back since I had applied before and didn't even get an interview. I believe it was due to the fact that I had applied late before. Nonetheless about 2 weeks later I received a text from a recruiter telling me to go in for an interview the next day. I showed up on time. Interviewed with the hiring manager and she introduced me to the store manager. Later that day she called and recommend me to another store about 10 minutes away and told me that I would be meeting that store manager. Turned out it was a Rjp (spell check) I did a walk through and he informed me about what I would be doing. It went great, I got to meet a lot of the staff and I felt at home. A week later got an email saying that I was still in the running. A week after that I was asked to submit a tax survey. Four days later I got a call with an offer! My process wasn't really that long but it's worth it! (Excuse my grammar)( just typing like a text)
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
How did I handle a difficult situation and what was the outcome
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AT&T (Northridge, CA)
Interview
Interview process consisted of having a phone interview, and then meeting the HR manager, received a call later that day to come in and meet with the store manager. I met with the store manager and then received news the next day that I was chosen for the job. The process was fairly quick and seamless.
