I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Jacksonville, FL) in Mar 2022
Interview
The interview process was straightforward and felt very laid back. If you have any personality and an ability to politely talk to people you pretty much can guarantee yourself a job. I only talked to the store manager. My exit interview was also very laid back. They ask what could have been better.

The process was done via webcam. This was a transparent interview reviewing expectations from me and the company. It allowed me the opportunity to get a full understanding of day-to-day operations with this position
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Texas City, TX) in Feb 2023
Interview
the interview process was long and tricky. they ask questions that were not relevant to the job. they seem to be just looking for non experience people they can train but that does not make any sense.
