I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Littleton, CO) in Jun 2009
Interview
Asked a series of questions and gave tests to judge the quality and efficiency of work. The interview lasted about one hour and included allot of technical questions that could have been difficult for an artist who lacked technical skills. The test was an illustration test to see how much of an illustration could be completed in 15 minutes
