Question 1
They were all standard. Why are you a good fit for this position.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Aug 2013
Interview
Applied online at AT&T website. About a week or two later received an email requesting I participate in a phone conference. The phone conference was held with about 50 other people and one hiring manager. He basically gave an overview of the job and company. Then one by one he scheduled us to take an employment test. We were told by the test instructors that we would be contacted by phone or email 3/4 days later if we passed/failed the test. I was called a week later around 7pm to set up an interview. The interviewer was very nice and it was a very relaxed interview. I felt I did really well but there was a few things I could have done better. About 4 days later I received a call saying I had just missed the mark for the job but he told me to go ahead and do the drug test and background check anyway just in case. A week went by and I hadn't heard anything so I assumed everything checked out. Today I received a call from an 800 number offering me the job !! The interview is very simple. PRACTICE PRACTICE PRACTICE (it really pays to study) and dont lose faith! I just finished up my email accepting the job offer and Im extremely excited to start Monday!

Question 1
Describe a time long hours and fatigue affected the way you handled your customers
Worst phone interview I have ever encountered. The interviewer was obviously inside a huge warehouse style call center. The background noise and interviewer's keyboard typing was so loud that I couldn't hear myself speak.
