I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T
Interview
Applying online is the only way to be considered. I had three interviews, with normal questions, nothing unexpected. The background check took forever. They really do try to be supportive while you're on-boarding, but I kept having to ask when I actually had the job so I could give my two weeks.

Question 1
I didn't feel anything was out of the ordinary or unexpected. It was very cut and dried, formulaic. They have a sheet to work from so they just go on to the next question. Fair and painless process.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at AT&T (Tulsa, OK) in Jun 2013
Interview
05/26/2013 applied online and got a email to do a phone interview, then testing , Call simulations, Math , Personality Questions. then Face to Face. You have to be within 30 days on begin and end dates on job history. 13 Page B/Ground check, and will will be jumping thru hoop after hoop after hoop. I thought I applied for the FBI when it was over

Question 1
Describe a time when you used you technical knowledge and skill to better yourself or someone else
The HR manager put me through a stress interview and argued with me about my previous job tittle. Before the interview she asked me if I needed to use the restroom and left me there all alone for 15 mins, and when she came back she said " are you finally ready now ? " finally she gave me a sermon that went on and on about my "misleading" resume. And when I tried to clear up the air, she said I was giving her attitude. I'm just glad I didn't get the job.
