I applied online I had to take two assessment test. I received a call from a recruiter for a in person interview with the hiring manager. The interview went well she said the next step is I will get a call from the store manager regarding a interview in 48 hours. I never got a call and I found out 3 weeks later from my online profile that they choose someone else.
