I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Jul 2024
Interview
I had two interviews that led to an offer. First interview was with hiring manager second was with their boss and I had to do a presentation. Relatively easy process but the presentation was difficult.
I applied online. I interviewed at AT&T (Kentucky, AR) in May 2023
Interview
It was quick.
Star method questions. Was called back a week later and was offered the position. Make sure you are in an area that is not of a distraction.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at AT&T (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2024
Interview
I interviewed a couple months ago so I forget if it was 2 or 3 rounds, but I only remember 2. The first was with the general recruiter and it was very unprofessional. Her ATS was not working properly, so she was very frustrated and projected that frustration onto me. I offered to schedule a different time to meet in order to let her get her system running correctly, but she declined. The interview was fine other than that, and I was told at the end of the interview that I would be moving to the next round. The other interview was with a manager in my region, and it was very uninspiring. He had no enthusiasm for the role, repeating that it was very hard and repetitive. Then he proceeded to ask me what I do for fun, and when I turned the question back on him, he said he just works a lot with little time for fun. Although I received the offer, both interview experiences were confirmation that I would not want to work in this role or at AT&T.

Why do you want to work in sales? Can you give me an overview of our B2B program and the work you would be doing?
