The interview process was average and typical—phone screening by human resources, followed by several Zoom interviews. They were professional, kind, and easy to speak with. Utlimately I was invited in to interview and it went well.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (San Diego, CA) in Apr 2020
Interview
It wasn’t great and felt rushed. Not eager to answer questions about the job description or what was involved. . Not flexible with job scheduling or hours. Would not recommend going back there or applying again.

Question 1
Can I be available to work any day of the week if needed
Phone interview and screening was easy. Second part of interview is an insulting, self-guided, video recording of yourself answering questions. Do an in person interview or at least a zoom. You can't get any idea of who a person is, especially a salesperson, by having them record a video.
