Tiered and difficult interview that included real business case questions. Some were given in advance to prep for and others were given live. There were a couple situational questions but really not much here and this part isn’t the difficult part.

The interview process for the Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T was thorough and engaging. It began with an online assessment, followed by a phone screening and an in-person interview with situational questions and a role-playing exercise. The process was well-structured, transparent, and gave me confidence in my ability to succeed in the role and fit within the team.

About 2 weeks after submitting the online application, I received a response requesting a behavioral interview with an HR recruiter through Microsoft teams. No curveball questions, exactly what you would expect.
