I did the first round behavioral, but have yet to get scheduled for the technical 1 month later. They asked behavioral questions such as how to resolve conflict or greatest technical strength.
Interview process was pretty standard via Teams. The manager asked questions relating to your background and call center experience. Make sure you tell them about how you’ve helped people in some way or fashion and you’ll get the job. Very standard interview questions nothing abnormal
