Panel interview. Star format. 3 different interviews. 3 month hiring process. Drug test. Extensive background check. Contact five references. Five questions during interview. Six weeks training and on job training.
The interview was mostly behavioral, with a few situational questions about handling rejection and managing a sales pipeline. They really emphasized a growth mindset and being adaptable. I was also asked why I wanted to work in B2B sales and how I stay motivated.

Interview
Hackerrank test, multiple coding questions + one web dev question.
I got medium-hard LeetCode problems for the coding questions, mostly about graph algorithms and DP. I didn't manage to clear all the questions because they were quite hard for me, and I couldn't remember DP and weighted graph algorithms.
