AT&T interview questions

Phone screen will be completed initially and will follow up with an in person interview. From there if selected you will hear back from HR within 2-3 business days. The questions are very customer service and sales based. Availability is a huge factor in employment. It is retail so you’re expected to work nights, weekends and holidays.

3 different interviews but waited a month to get the okay. 2 over the phone 1 in person. Pretty straightforward and average retail sales interview. Having experience already in this field helps a lot!!
