Normal being assessment, resume submission and questionnaire. Lastly an interview with a hiring manager from that particular district. It was a male who did not seem to interested in what I had to say.

Overview explanation of the job and benefits, then asked a series of questions regarding previous experience with working with customers. Asked to explain the situations and how you overcame them. Then role played an angry customer to see how you would react based on the little information you have.

Explain a time you went above and beyond to help a customer? Explain a time in which you dealt with an angry customer and how you handled the situation? How would you explain your learning style?
Online posting and response to questions asked, Multiple follow ups sometime with no answer at all and vague answers at best. Then finaly out of the blue an interview was set up.Mutiple meetings, inteligence testing, logic testing
