I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at AT&T in Nov 2022
Interview
I applied after being reached out to by a recruiter. First, there is a 1 on 1 interview with an HR professional. This interview is very odd because they write down all your responses word for word for someone else to read and score. Next, they sent me a coding test (options to do it in R or Python). It was lengthy but not too difficult. Then, there was a technical interview where you expanded upon the test you took and were asked some additional questions like "Explain an algorithm to me." After that, there was an interview with a manager, It was mainly behavioral. Most questions were average. It did take a very long time for them to get back with a decision. So, I do wonder if they are losing talent that takes another job while waiting for a response. However, I was happy to receive an offer and it made the long process worth it.
