I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AT&T in Sep 2009
Interview
The interview process started with a phone interview that was not very intensive. The second part of the interview was an all day event at their office as well as in the field. Although it was useful seeing the day to day duties, which were what steered me away from the job, I did not think a full day was necessary.

Interview
Was mored briefed about what it takes to sell at AT&T than formally interviewed. Generic questions like how did you hear about this position and what do you know about the company. All together it took about twenty-five minutes and consisted more of listening than conversation.

Interview
Interview process took a long time to complete and hear back. Once I applied online I was called for a phone interview which I must have completed satisfactorily because I finally was scheduled for a one on one interview. After waiting longer I was scheduled for a second interview at a different store then took a drug test and finally heard back that I had been hired. The whole process seemed a little disorganized and like there wasn't enough communication between the different stores and HR.
