Phone interview with HR to review resume; interview with General Manager; 15 - 20 questions regarding past employment, skill set, goals, etc. Given overview of job... opportunity to ask questions then one on one sales presentation to show approach, product knowledge, fact finding, features and benefits, listening skills, ability to overcome objections, aligning with Customer, suggestions/proposals for product/service; redirect and address objections, ask for the sale, close.
This is sales boot camp. If you can succeed in this enviroment...you can sell anything you believe in that has value, features and benefits

Interview
Hiring process was simple, Applied online, Had two phone interviews, an interview with the district manager, then an interview with the store's manager and assistant manager. Was asked to do a background check and drug screening, after cleared they offered me the job about a week later.
