The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Feb 2012
Interview
I was contacted the following day after posting my resume by a recruiter who scheduled my interview with another recruiter. The second recruiter mentioned another development program (IT) that may interest me (based on prior experience), and asked me to look it up, before actually proceeding with the interview. I looked it up as instructed, and when myself and the recruiter spoke again, I asked to proceed with the interview process for the original program in which I had submitted for. We did. The interview process was about average, mostly prior situational questions, and I was asked to try to sale the college I attended to the recruiter as if she was a high school senior. At the end of the interview, I was informed to give it about two weeks and if I didn't hear anything, to call the recruiter. I sent a follow up thank you email the next day after our interview. It has been two weeks, and I called the recruiter, but received no answer. I also emailed the recruiter, but have yet to receive a reply. I'm not sure if the recruiter was hinting at applying for the other development program, it wasn't her department so she knew little about it, so I pressed forward with where I want my business degree to take me.

Interview
The process was a bit confusing and it seemed as if the right hand did not know what the left hand was doing at moments. The strangest question I received was "did you apply because this is ATT or because it is your functional area?"
