Interview
First Interview was with a corporate Recruiter. Phone conversation was regarding previous work experience and detailed description of duties... Also, corporate recruiter detailed hiring process and described what I could expect in the coming weeks if I was chosen as a potential candidate... After a week I received another phone call regarding scheduling of a in person 1:1 interview with a manager at work site... A week later I received an official offer w/salary and discussion of start date from corporate recruiter.

Interview
took online assesment first, passed, then someone form HR called wanting a phone interview, did the phone interview then was pass on to 1:1 interview with hiring manager, did the interview with him then he scheduled a second interview with store manager. over all takes about 1-2 weeks. Got a call with my offer but since I was going to be working mostly closing shifts and EVERY weekend i decided to decline.

Interview
I got called into do a in person interview and was asked to come in within the next few hours. I was on my way to the beach at the time, however needed the job so turned around, changed and went in for the interview. The manager latter told me it was that dedication that landed me the job. Guess you have to show that its worth it to you.
