Interview
Well I went into the location originally to buy a new phone. I got to talking with the salesman and inquired about his work (if he liked it, was it difficult, did it require any special training, were they hiring?). He then referred me to his GM and after I emailed my resume I was called in for an interview about a week and a half later. It was a casual interview. We just sat in his office and talked. He asked about my experience with school, work, in retail settings, and with technology.I was nervous because some of the questions that were asked I wasn't sure if I'd answered them well. However, a week later I got a call back scheduling my orientation!

Interview
I was already a Retail Sales Consultant so this move to Home Solutions Consultant was a promotion for me. The interview was more of a formality because I did have the most seniority when I applied.
