AT&T Sr Specialist - Software Development and Engineering interview questions

The interview process involved a long technical discussion (around 1 hour and 10 minutes), covering Java, Spring Boot, system design, and HLD/LLD topics. The interviewer was knowledgeable and the discussion itself was fairly in-depth. However, the overall candidate experience was disappointing. After the interview, there was no communication for a few days, followed by a generic rejection email with no feedback. Considering the length and depth of the interview, some closure or high-level feedback would have been appreciated. While I respect the outcome, the lack of transparency and communication made the process feel impersonal and undervalued the candidate’s time.
