Interview
You are pre-screened by a recruiter and brought in for face-to-face interview. Once hired, you go through training requiring your to memorize a two page scrip. There is a test you need to pass and group presentation panel to actually secured your place on the team. Thereafter, its very similar to survivor contest as you watch your team member get voted off one-by-one.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at AT&T (Pueblo, CO) in Mar 2008
Interview
after a presentation of the position you will have to take a computer test that simulates different phone calls and will ask you to determine the best solution for the call.
if this test is passed you will be getting a tour/interview with a hiring manager. the tour shows you your potential work environment and the manager will ask you about your work experiences and determine if you qualify. if so, a drug test has to be taken within a short time frame and a background check will be performed.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a situation that you had to troubleshoot a technical problem and what tools did you use?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T in Feb 2008
Interview
I applied online and was called in for a testing at the 63rd street location. The testing consisted of a phone interview with a panel of people. Some were rude and some were fast talking. I think it is supposed to trip you up. Then if you pass the phone part you are called back to take a computer based simulation and it was fairly easy, you just gotta pay attention. Then if you pass that, you are called back for a group interview, but there is really no interview you just get called all in a room and told you are hired.
