Did a over the phone interview.
Was hired but only on the basis that I passed the two month training period. Which involved a few different tests.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Austin, TX)
Interview
I was contacted by a recruiter for a student position with AT&T working at one of their call centers dealing with customer wifi issues. Got in contact with the hiring manager at the call center and was scheduled for an in person interview within 2 weeks. Interview was pretty standard and fairly easy.

Why do you think you'd be good for this job? Why do you want to work for this company? Where do you see yourself in 1-5 years working here?
The interviewer mostly focused on the job being offered, asking if I were willing to work different hours and days of the week. I was also tested for my ability to organize lists of names and numbers quickly and efficiently.

I recall being asked if I had a problem with being the rare man working with many women. I explained I had no such problem.
