I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AT&T (Harrisburg, PA) in Jan 2012
Interview
The interview was a fairly standard behavioral interview process for the majority of the time, however the interviewer did take an extended period of time to explain some of the frustrations specific to the territory for which I was applying. The interview process allowed the interviewer to see the professional side of me while also seeing my personality, and for me to see the same in the interviewer. This was important, as this would also be the supervisor/employee relationship should I accept an offer if one were to be made.

Question 1
One of the most important questions asked was how I would handle situations in which I would have to work with and manage someone who had been passed over in favor of me for this specific job.
Fair interview. First you get a screen call letting you know about the role. If its a good match you move on to a first round interview over the phone. Next round is a face to face interview with the hiring manager.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at AT&T in Jan 2012
Interview
Was an internal hire. I had to stump for this job for over 5 years before I was allowed to interview, and ultimately get hired.
